1. Platform Access
Access to Auditra Forensics is granted exclusively to verified and approved forensic auditors, fraud examiners, and audit professionals. All applicants undergo professional credential verification prior to platform access. SILKE SYSTEMS reserves the right to deny or revoke access at its sole discretion.
2. Authorized Use
The platform is provided for professional forensic audit analysis. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload and process any transactional data submitted to the platform. Use of the platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees are determined by the selected engagement plan. Payment is due upon invoice. All fees are invoiced in USD with local currency EFT and SWIFT wire payments accepted. Late payments may result in account suspension after a 14-day grace period.
4. Intellectual Property
The Auditra Forensics platform, its underlying algorithms, detection methodologies, and generated report formats are proprietary intellectual property of SILKE SYSTEMS. Clients retain full ownership of their uploaded data and generated forensic reports.
5. Limitation of Liability
Auditra Forensics provides forensic anomaly detection tools for professional use. All flagged transactions require human review by a qualified auditor. The platform is not a substitute for professional judgment. SILKE SYSTEMS shall not be liable for decisions made based on platform outputs.
6. Data Security
SILKE SYSTEMS implements industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, SHA-256 chain of custody, and jurisdiction-specific data isolation. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Prepaid run credits for Track 1 clients are non-refundable but remain valid for their stated validity period.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
